You were lied to...

Making money is hard... It is not easy rara.

You should deck anyone that tells you or has told you making money is easy especially because you are earning online.😒

To be more specific, let's put it like this...

Gaining financial freedom and becoming rich is hard.

Today, I felt so useless and tired. I just watched movies throughout even though I knew I had work to do and books to read. But I didn't feel like like it at all.

Time was slipping...

Work was piling...

Common sense would say that I should have just done all I needed to do in the afternoon instead of leaving it for later. But what do you do on those days you don't feel like it

What do you do on days you don't feel like going to work or feel like coming online even when you run an online business.

What do you on those days when you don't feel like doing the 'boring' work that actually gives you result

That was me today.

A quick diversion...

When I finally found the strength to go on twitter to do my daily twitter goal / engagement,

I saw that basket mouth and his wife had separated and you know people on twitter, online in laws and co will always have something to say. After reading about 100 comments it made me realize that nothing is ever easy.

The only thing easy is talk and fantasies. Why do I say so?

You see,

It is easy to fantasize about what marriage can be and how your tall dark and handsome man and you will be going on trips, have a nice house, live on the beach and have a fairy tale story from start to finish or whatever.

In as much as that what we all desire and there is nothing wrong in it, a wise person should know that, it takes work from both parties for any relationship to actually work.

And this also applies with your relationship with money.

If you want to make money and be financially free, you are not just going to have to work for it, you also have to have the right relationship with money.

And what do I mean by relationship?

Let's start with this...

What do you think about when you hear money?

What is your driving force for wanting to make money? To oppress? To be free? To have options?

Are you the type of person that thinks people with money are wicked?

Are you the type of person that hates rich people?

Are you the type of person that blames rich people for your situations?

Are you the type of person that feel rich people should not try to make more money?

Are you the type that does not believe young Nigerians like you cannot make a lot of money legally?

Do you feel entitled to other peoples money or believe that every rich person is obligated to help you?

What are your answers to those questions?

If you answered yes to 3 or more...

I can bet you that you will never be rich until you change the way you think about money and people that have it. ( No offence boo 😘 ) Don't worry, we have all been there but you can choose NOT TO remain there.

You see,

it is not always your village people that are doing you. it may not be your fault as well. Sometimes these are things you may have believed while growing up.

But believe it or not, how you think about money affects how much money you are able to attract/ make.

Money does not know a good person from a bad person. It follows those that have mastered it and understand it. I can't say I am there yet myself but I am beginning to see money in a different way.

Besides changing the way you think about money, this is another fact that you must not ignore..

It is not enough to change your mindset about money but you must actually work towards making the money.

Prayer will help but will not save you if you do not work.

Reading and shouting affirmations everyday will not put money on your table if you do not work toward it.

Just like marriage...

But no one is willing to put in the work these days. Everyone wants the soft life with no work at all. And that is one of my major messages in this letter.

True, the internet has made things more simpler.

You don't have to rent a shop to make a million in a month but still it is not child's play. But

Why do you think there are more unsuccessful people than successful people, even online?

Even when all you need is your just your smart phone and an internet service/

Wrong!

You need more than that.

You need to be willing to do the work and be consistent. And that is what separates successful from unsuccessful. There are very few of such people.

Most people talk about how they want this and that but never do it.

Few people talk and do.

I am aiming to be the one that talks and do. What about you?

So my dear if making money was that simple and easy, all of us would be flying to Dubai every week we had the chance

Making money require effort, hard work, consistency and having the right mindset about money.

Only the few that understand this really win.
