Prospects lie all the time

Yes, I said what I said

Prospects lie all the time.

By prospects, I mean people who have shown interest in what you are selling and have the potential to become a customer in the future. (That also includes you and I because we buy products from different people everyday, online or offline.)

Yes, You and I lie as well.

And before you look at me with your side eye and raise your nose because I said you lie, allow me to explain what I mean.

But first, a question...

How many times have you said something like this..." This is too expensive, and I don't have the money now" even when you actually have the money for it?

You can't count right? We are all guilty of this one lol

Even when the price of a product is 1k, we will still say it is too expensive or that we don't have the money even when we do.

You see, That's lying and this is just one instance among many when it comes to buying and selling.

If you are entrepreneur or you sell anything at all online or offline, you will agree with me that we deal with different objections from our prospects or customers everyday, that sometimes make us want to just close business.

Objections like:

''It is too expensive.''

''I am not interested.''

''I don't have the money.''

''I don't have the time.''

''How will I know it will work for me?''

''Please give it to me on credit, I will pay you when I have the money.'' ( this has to be the most annoying)

and so on...

But what if I told you most of the objections are lies and are not what is really hindering your prospect from buying?

What if I also told you that you could change your prospect mind if you knew how to handle these objections?

You see,

People don't buy for far deeper reasons than I don't have money or I am not interested and the likes.

That may be what they tell you, just to make you go away and leave them alone but trust me when I say there is a deeper reason that they might not be telling you.

For example,

When someone says ''I don't have the money.'', most times, what they are really saying is..

''You haven't given me enough reason to to buy this product. How will I know that the benefit from it is worth the value of my hard earned money?''

Once you are able to figure out what the deeper reason is, you will be able to convince them better and turn their ''no'' to a ''YES''.

How you find out these deepest reasons?

You will see how soon.

The truth is this...

In as much as You can't sell to everybody and while some prospects may really not have the money at the time or may not even be serious in doing business with you, you still want to make as much money as you should from your business and prevent your prospects from buying from another person.

Then you have to go the extra mile to find out what the deeper reasons could be.
How?

By asking relevant questions.

What questions exactly do I ask Kenechi?

Don't worry, Kenechi is preparing something in that regard. Look out for it.
